Bible Nighttime Stories (“the app”) is made by Faro.io Corp (“we,” “us”). This app is designed for families and young children, and protecting their privacy matters deeply to us. The short version: we collect nothing.

None. Bible Nighttime Stories does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information from anyone — adult or child. The app contains:
- No analytics or telemetry
- No advertising or ad networks
- No tracking of any kind
- No user accounts, logins, or registration
- No third-party SDKs
- No internet requirement — the stories play fully offline
Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for children and is designed to be safe for them. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no information from children. We do not knowingly gather, request, or store any data from children, and there is nothing in the app that asks a child for personal details. The app fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting no data at all.
There are no social features, no chat, no links out to other websites, no in-app purchases, and no advertising — nothing that could expose a child to outside content or data collection.
Data Stored on Your Device
The app remembers which stories have been listened to and your chosen narrator voice. This information is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you delete the app.
Payments
Bible Nighttime Stories is a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s terms. We never see or store your payment information.
Data Sharing and Sale
We do not share or sell data — there is no data to share or sell.
Your Rights
Privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA grant rights over personal data. Because this app collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have any questions, contact us anytime.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above before any change takes effect.
